You don't need to be a traditional influencer to participate. If you have an audience, local network, community, or simply enjoy creating content, you may be able to introduce COHLY to people who could benefit from Airbnb co-hosting and short-term rental support services.
You don't need followers to earn through COHLY. If you know a homeowner, landlord, host, property owner, or authorized rental decision-maker who may be interested in COHLY, you can introduce them to us.
A qualified referral should include:
Referral attribution must be established before or during onboarding.
These rules explain how COHLY's creator and referral program works, including eligibility, qualified views, referrals, attribution, payments, content standards, and program changes.
The $1 per 1,000 qualified views reward is intended for eligible creators based in Washington or creators whose community is majority based in Washington. COHLY may request proof of audience location, post analytics, and campaign compliance.
Views must come from approved content, approved platforms, and campaign rules shared by COHLY. Fake views, bought engagement, bot traffic, misleading posts, or duplicated analytics are not eligible.
A creator or referral partner may earn an additional $20 to $200 referral reward when they refer a homeowner, property owner, host, or authorized rental decision-maker who signs an agreement with COHLY. Reward amounts may vary by referral, campaign, approval, and eligibility requirements.
For eligible signed referrals, the creator may earn 20% of COHLY's collected service revenue from that referred client for the first six months. This applies to COHLY's portion only, not the owner's full property revenue or total booking revenue.
Referral attribution must be clear before or during onboarding. If multiple people claim the same referral, COHLY may decide based on timestamps, proof, client confirmation, and internal records.
Creators must not lie, misrepresent COHLY LLC, guarantee earnings to property owners, guarantee property results, or make false, inappropriate, discriminatory, or harmful claims.
If a platform offers an ad, paid promotion, or branded content disclosure, creators should enable it when required by the campaign, platform policy, or advertising rules.
Community access is not automatic. If approved, COHLY may invite the person to its creator or referral community. This may include prompts, video ideas, referral scripts, campaign instructions, and updates.
Rewards may be reviewed and paid after COHLY validates the content, analytics, referral, signed agreement, and any revenue-share amounts collected by COHLY.
COHLY may update, pause, or discontinue the creator platform, reward structure, campaign rules, or eligibility requirements at any time.
